| GENERAL TERMS: |
| * You don't need to have a website to join Crazy of Sigtags. But if you have one, you must give me your URL. |
| * If you have a website, you must display the member's card on your website within 7 days after your membership begin and link it to http://crazyofsigtags.com. Otherwise, your membership will be suspended until the card be on your website. A text link is accepted ONLY if your membership is expired. |
| * After your membership is expired, you must keep the member's card on your website only if you still use my graphics. A text link is also fine with me. |
| * You must have all protection scripts everywhere you display my graphics: no right clic, no imagetoolbar and no drag. If you have troubles with those scripts, please email me! I will help you! |
| * You must have a valid email address to receive your sigtags. If you change your email address, please inform me! Otherwise, your membership will be deleted after the 3rd advice. |
| * If you have a protected member's area, you must give me an access for I can verify you respect my terms. I will not use anything inside your member's area! It just for verification! If I found something I like, I will pay like everybody else! |
| * All members must be able to receive my updates and special annoucements about the member's area. |
| * You can't share your username and password with somebody else. Your IP is saved and I verify often. If I caught you to share your informations, your membership will be immediatly deleted without no refund! |
| * All sales are finals. There is no refund if you are not satisfied! |

| SIGTAGS TERMS (MEMBER'S AREA): |
| * You must provide a link back to my website everytime and everywhere you use my sigtags. If you don't know how to provide a link, feel free to email me! |
| * You can't modify my sigtags in anyway. |
| * You can't take my sigtags to make anything else with. |
| * You can't offer or sell my sigtags on your website or elsewhere. |
| * You don't have any reason to open my sigtags to see how I've made them. |
| * You can't request sigtags for your friends. They are for members only! Except for the babies sigtags which you can request with the name of your child instead. |
| * You are allowed to request 3 sigtags every week only. The orders can be made from Monday through Friday only! The sigtags will be sent on Saturday afternoon. (Otherwise, a note will be sent to the members...) |
| * If you have not requested all your sigtags during your membership, according to the case I will give 1 week more... Only me will decide if I give more time or not! |
| * All sigtags requests received on Saturday's or on Sunday's will be deleted. I think everyone can find few minutes in the week to request their sigtags... |
| * You must specify all options available for all sigtags you request. You will not receive the sigtags for which you have forgot to specify the options available. |
| * I don't make custom sigtags. If you want more options than those specified for a sigtag, I can't do that! I use tubes to make my sigtags and I can't modify them... |
| * I only accept requests made with the order form. You must fill this form properly for I can receive your request and send you your sigtags! |
| SIGTAGS TERMS (ALWAYS LIST): |
| * You must provide a link back to my website everytime and everywhere you use my sigtags. If you don't know how to provide a link, feel free to email me! |
| * You can't modify my sigtags in anyway. |
| * You can't take my sigtags to make anything else with. |
| * You can't offer or sell my sigtags on your website or elsewhere. |
| * You don't have any reason to open my sigtags to see how I've made them. |
| * You can't request sigtags for friends. They are for the members of the Always List only! |
| * You will stay a member of my Always List even if your membership at Crazy of Sigtags expire. |
| * You don't need to request your sigtags. Every month, all members of the list will receive 10 sigtags that they will pick-up on my Fotki's account. |

The sigtags offered to the Always List will be added later in the member's area, sometimes with more options. |
| TUBES TERMS: |
| * You must provide a link back to my website everytime and everywhere you use my tubes. A text link is also accepted. If you prefer a logo, feel free to email me! |
| * If you made letters, websets or wp themes with my tubes, you must provide a link back to my website too. |
| * You can't modify my tubes in anyway: cut, resize, recolor, etc... The only change you can made is to flip them or change the eyes color. |
| * You can't use my tubes to make outlines or other tubes with. |
| * You can't use my tubes to make commercial and craft items such as cups, t-shirts, stickers, scrapbook items, etc... |
| * You can't only add a name on my tubes and then offer them. You must add other elements. Be creative! :) |
| * You can't offer my tubes AS IS on your website or elsewhere and you can't say that you have colored them by yourself. |
| * You can't use my tubes in makers such as doll makers, blinkie makers, etc... |
| * You can't share my tubes on groups such as Yahoo, MSN, Google, etc... |
| * You can only make sigtags, websets, wp themes, letters, adoptions or premades with my tubes. NOTHING ELSE! |
| * If you are unsure of what you may or what you may not do with my tubes, please ask me before using them! |

| OUTLINES TERMS: |
| * You must provide a link back to my website everytime and everywhere you use my outlines. A text link is also accepted. If you prefer a logo, feel free to email me! |
| * If you made letters, websets or wp themes with my tubes, you must provide a link back to my website too. |
| * You can't modify my outlines in anway way: cut, resize, rename, etc... The only change you can make is to flip them. |
| * You can't use my outlines like patterns to make your own outlines. |
| * You can't use my outlines to make commercial and craft items such as cups, t-shirts, stickers, scrapbook items, etc... |
| * You can make tubes (.gif .psp .psd .png) with my outlines but you always must display your personalized tube licence everywhere they are. Ask me to have yours. |
| * If you make tubes packs with my outlines, you must keep the same name. (i.e: if you made tubes with my Lizzy doll, your tubes must be named Lizzy too!) |
| * You can't offer my outlines AS IS on your website or elsewhere. You must color them before using them. |
| * You can't say you have created the outlines by yourself. |
| * You can't use my outlines in makers such as doll makers, blinkie makers, etc... |
| * You can't share my outlines on groups such as Yahoo, MSN, Google, etc... |
| * You can't use my outlines to make tutorials and then offer them on your website or on groups such as Yahoo, MSN, Google, etc... |

| * You must keep the codes to protect the pages and the images everywhere you use my websets: no right click, no select text, no imagetoolbar and no drag. If you have troubles with those scripts, please email me! I will help you! |
| * You can't modify my websets in anyway! Except to add text on blank header and blank avatar. If you need help to add your own text, feel free to email me! |
| * You can't offer or sell my websets on your website and/or in your member's area. My websets are for MY members only! |
| * If you don't respect those terms, I have the right to ask you to remove the webset(s) from your website. If you don't obey after the 3rd advice, I will delete your membership without no refund! |
| * If you are unsure of what you may or what you may not do with my websets, please ask me before using them! |

WP THEMES TERMS: |

| * You are allowed to request only 1 personalized im letter every week. (Please wait until you've received your letter before request another one!) |
| * If you are unsure of what you may and what you may not do with my im letters, please ask me before using them! |

| * You must have a website to buy the Special Characters Lines. |
| * You must have a Special Characters Tube Licence to make tubes with my Special Characters Lines and offer them on your website. |
| * You must display the Special Characters Tube Licence everywhere you offer tubes made with my Special Characters Lines. |
| * You have 7 days to display the licence in a memberships page and you must link it back to http://crazyofsigtags.com. |
| * If you make tubes packs with my Special Characters Lines, you must put a link to my website on the logo and also a link to the website of the creator of the lines. If you have troubles to do this, feel free to email me! |
| * You can't share the licence with anybody else. |
| * If you are more than 1 owner of a same website, ALL owners must buy the licence. This is because I don't have any way to know who have colored the lines... |
| * You can't rename the lines. (i.e: if you make tubes with LadyBug lines, the tubes must be named LadyBug too!) |
| * I have the right to ask you to remove the tubes from your website and/or your member's area if I found you don't respect my terms. Your membership will be also deleted without no refund! |
| * The Special Characters Tube Licence is valid for LIFETIME (of my website). So you will continue to make tubes and offer them even if your membership is expired. |
